The Venti Group started in Cambridge doing process and systems consulting for philanthropic organizations — the unglamorous work of making things run better. We started throwing pottery on the side, and kept refining it the same way: measure, adjust, refine, repeat, until the process itself disappears into the object.

1. Products and Orders
All product descriptions, images, and pricing are presented in good faith and are subject to change without notice. Because each piece is hand-thrown, minor variation in glaze, shape, and finish between individual items should be expected and is not considered a defect. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse, or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.
2. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and exclude applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where required by law. This Site's checkout is a demonstration flow; no live payment is processed through the form presented here.
3. Shipping Policy
- Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days from our Cambridge, MA studio to allow for firing and glazing schedules.
- Standard shipping within the United States generally takes 5–10 business days after processing; expedited options may be available at checkout in a live environment.
- Risk of loss and title for products pass to the buyer upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or events outside our reasonable control.
4. Returns and Refunds
- Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery for a full refund of the product price, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned item.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error on our part.
- Manufacturing defects covered under our 1-year craft guarantee will be repaired or replaced at no cost; this guarantee does not cover chips or cracks from drops, impacts, or use in a microwave or dishwasher where not indicated as safe.
